Introduction of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Guangxi Sub-Council
China Chamber of International Commerce Guangxi Chamber of Commerce
Established in 1975, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade ( CCPIT ) Guangxi Sub-Council is a regional economic and trade promotion organization under the leadership of the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It has concurrently adopted another name-China Guangxi Chamber of International Commerce since 1988. It composed of delegates from government departments concerned as well as representative personages, enterprises or corporations, groups from economic and trade circle in Guangxi.
The aims of the CCPIT Guangxi Sub-Council are to promote trade, investment, economic and technological cooperation between Guangxi and other countries and regions around the world, enhance the mutual understanding and friendship of the peoples and economic and trade circles between Guangxi and the rest of the world, according to international practice and by the laws, regulations government policies of the People’s Republic of China.
So far, CCPIT Guangxi Sub-Council & CCOIC Guangxi Chamber of Commerce has built up business relations with the chamber of commerce, industrial and commercial associations, economic and trade organizations, trade promotion organizations, industrial and commercial circles in more than 130 countries and regions. It has also signed up friendly cooperation agreements with corresponding organizations in 18 countries and regions, which make collective efforts to accelerate the development of world economy and trade.
CCPIT Guangxi Sub-Council & CCOIC Guangxi Chamber of Commerce has operated CCPIT Local-branches at prefecture, city, circle and county level. All of these have formed a powerful working network, which is bound to play an important role in development of international trade and make a significant contribution to the Sino-foreign economic communication and cooperation.
