Examine, Approve and Manage Guangxi Economic and Trade Exhibitions (Fairs) Related Foreign Countries and Regions

● In charge of examining, coordinating, managing and submitting to CCPIT for approving of

holding Guangxi economic and trade exhibitions abroad and attends the international fairs;

● In charge of the organization, coordination, supervision, management, report and

approval, actualization for Guangxi’s participation in BIE (Bureau of international

Exhibition) and international Exhibition;

● Coordinate the efforts of relevant overseas economic and trade institutions, industrial

and commercial organizations and enterprises to make arrangement and accommodation for the

holding of comprehensive or special economic trade conferences, sample expositions,

exhibitions, shows and technical exchange sessions in Guangxi;

● Sponsor economic and trade exhibitions or fairs in the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR and

Taiwan; assort with and organize corresponding organizations, institutions and enterprises

to arrange and accommodate economic and trade exhibitions or fairs in Guangxi;

● Organize Guangxi enterprises and groups to hold or attend domestic or overseas economic

and trade exhibitions or fairs;

● Conduct inter-circle coordination and market criterion management for Guangxi economic

and trade exhibitions abroad;

● Provide information consultation, business training and other services for exhibition

sponsors and supporters.
