Carry Out Consultation Services of International Economic and Trade Laws

● Responsible for law consultation, conciliation, deputized arbitration, lawsuit and other

legal affairs for domestic and international economic and trade arbitration as well as for

maritime arbitration;

● Issue the certificate of origin of the People’s Republic of China for Chinese Exports;

● Issue the force majeure certificate;
 
● Issue support papers for international commercial affairs;

● Issue and authenticate papers and documents concerning operations of foreign trade and

maritime cargo transportation;

● Accept cases for the adjustment of general and particular average;

● Deputize for the consular authentication of foreign commercial and trade document;

● Issue temporary ATA customs clearance certificate for duty-free cargoes;

● Deputize for foreign enterprises or individuals to register patents and trademarks in

China or for Chinese enterprises and individuals to apply for foreign patents and

trademarks;

● Handing affairs of intellectual property lawsuit or non-lawsuit business on behalf of its

clients; provide law consultation for intellectual property rights, put on CIQ records,

execute copyright, software registration and other technological trade business in

intellectual property right field.
