Guangxi, backed by the southwest China, adjacent to Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and connecting Southeast Asia, is the frontier and window of China’s opening up and cooperation with ASEAN and RCEP countries. China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Guangxi Committee (hereinafter referred to as “CCPIT Guangxi Committee”) , established in 1975, is an important link between the Guangxi government and the business community, enterprises and organizations, promoting economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between the domestic and international business communities and friendly people-to-people exchanges. By promoting international trade and investment, providing international commercial legal services, holding international conferences and exhibitions, carrying out multilateral and bilateral cooperation in international trade, expanding international service network for international trade promotion, establishing application-oriented think tanks on international economic and trade, and developing Guangxi Chamber of International Commerce, CCPIT Guangxi Committee strengthens the bond of interests between enterprises from China and abroad, promotes international economic and trade exchanges, contributes to the high-quality economic and social development and serves a higher-level of opening-up in Guangxi.

　　China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS) is an international economy and trade event held at a state-level in Nanning, Guangxi annually, which is hosted by Ministry of Commerce of China, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and People’s Government of Guangxi, co-hosted by the national chambers of commerce and industry of 10 ASEAN countries and organized by the CABIS Secretariat. Since its initiation in 2004, CABIS has been successfully held for 19 sessions, fostered brand events such as Round-table Dialogue between State Leaders of ASEAN Countries and CEOs from China, China-ASEAN Business Leaders Forum, Forum on China-ASEAN Commercial Law, etc. 118 state leaders from China and ASEAN have attended the Opening Ceremony of CABIS and delivered speeches. Over 1,000 senior government officials and business leaders have attended CABIS events. More than 200 events have been held with the participation of 40,000 entreprenuers and experts in the region. As a high-level, large-scale and influential platform, CABIS has become one of the most important cooperation mechanisms to serve for China-ASEAN dialogue, economic and trade cooperation as well as people-to-people exchanges. President Xi Jinping has delivered important speeches at CABIS twice and spoken highly of CABIS, pointing that CAEXPO and CABIS are pragmatic platforms for promoting regional integration and have become a landmark card of Guangxi and an important platform for opening-up in the region.

　　CCPIT Guangxi Committee also undertakes Guangxi liaison offices of five bilateral and multilateral mechanisms, including China-ASEAN Business Council, China-Japan-Korea Business Council, China-Vietnam Business Council, East Asia Business Council China Committee and RCEP Business Advisory Council China Committee. It is also responsible for the operation and management of CCPIT General Service Center in Guangxi Pilot FTZ. The Center is currently home to seven CCPIT authorized agencies, including FTA Guangxi Service Center, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Guangxi Pilot FTZ Liaison Office and China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) Guangxi Pilot FTZ Liaison Office. It mainly provides policy consultation, market information, commercial law, project investment and business training services for Chinese and ASEAN enterprises, which have been well received by Chinese and foreign enterprises.

　　Guangxi Chamber of International Commerce, also known as China Chamber of International Commerce Guangxi Chamber of Commerce (CCOIC Guangxi), is administered by CCPIT Guangxi Committee.

　　Founded in 1988, CCOIC Guangxi is a provincial branch of the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) and has formed a wide service network. At present, CCOIC Guangxi has 12 overseas liaison offices, 14 RCEP overseas enterprise service centers, 14 branches in prefecture-level cities of Guangxi and 26 industrial committees.

　　CCOIC Guangxi has nearly 10,000 member enterprises, including leading enterprises in various industries and fields such as foreign trade, cross-border logistics, commercial law, production and manufacturing, and technology intelligence.
